The role of imaginary epistemology in explaining Islamic management

Abstract

Soft technology has close relationship with the organization. Ratio of managerial interventions and emergence of organization is concatenating ratio. Management and organization are considered type of soft technology. but, imaginary perceptions are assumptions made by mind in order to meet vital needs and have imaginary aspect. Today complex society needs more imaginary. Believing in the compatibility of soft technology and imaginary is important issue in explaining Islamic management. Exclusivity in applicability of these two competing concepts and turning and measuring applications to effective goals of worlds of values is less expensive way to explain Islamic management. Because subject of study is philosophical, the requirement of such a subject is to use the logical-argument method. By stating common features and examples of the two concepts of imaginary and technology, it seems that it is possible to judge the compatibility of the two concepts and then discuss its accessories and branches.
